Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
reconsideration of the following which had been placed in the Chief            
Clerk's pending file (page 1819), be brought up at this time:                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 142(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to the Alaska regional economic assistance                   
program and to regional development organizations; and providing               
for an effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, HCS CSSB 142(FIN)                  
would be moved to the bottom of today's calendar.
